The options and costs for delivery are detailed on our website and notified to the customer at the time of placing their order. The timings quoted are for working days and therefore do not include weekends, public holidays or similar.
Please note that a signature is required for most deliveries so someone will need to be available at the point of delivery for this to occur. Our carriers may, at the drivers discretion, leave parcels in a place that appears safe or that you specify, but please note that these will be deemed ‘delivered’ and are your responsibility from that point.
If you are not in to receive a delivery, a card may be left advising you of the contact details of the local carrier depot for you to arrange collection or redelivery. Please note that parcels are only held for a short time and contact should be made as soon as possible. If the item is returned to us because the carrier cannot obtain a signature, there will be an additional charge to send it to you again.
If a delivery is late according to the timing advised, please contact us with your details so that we can investigate.
If a delivery arrives damaged or only part of the consignment arrives, please note this on the carriers delivery note/screen and advise us immediately so that we can address the matter.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery although the majority of orders, from receipt of cleared payment will be dispatched much faster and a guide is provided at the time of order. Upon despatch Zephyr-TVC limited will advise you of pending delivery.
